Job Title: Project coordinator/ Junior Traffic Manager

Job Summary:
The key focus of the role is as follows:
Manage agency project’s scope and timeline
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Work with head of agency, brand managers, designers and copy to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Help build a productive agency environment

Requirements:
Skills & Requirements:
Experience in a project coordination/ traffic management role
Familiarity with agency traffic management tools such as Clickup, Acello, Asana and Monday.com
Excellent project management skills
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Qualification in project management or marketing related qualification
Abilty to work under pressure and multi-task
