Managing clients needs and expectations
Qualify job specifications in order to gain thorough understanding of requirements
Place enticing adverts on portals
Head hunting for relevant roles
Source, screen, interview and shortlisting the best qualified candidates
Present candidates to clients
Ensure all relevant checks are done including reference checks
Negotiate with and close candidates on offers received
Constant following up with candidates and clients
Administration and updating CRM
We offer a lucrative commission structure, basic salary commensurate with experience and supportive team culture.
