Engineering In-Service Trainee – Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa

A leading FMCG is looking for suitable students to gain on the job experience as Engineering In-Service Trainees for a period of 12 months.

Upon successful completion of on the job experience, the incumbent will be able to obtain their National Diploma from their educational institution.

Requirements

• Must be an Engineering student who needs to complete in-service training in order to obtain their qualification

KNOWLEDGE

• An understanding of electrical, mechanical, physics and mathematics related to the engineering industry and practices.

SKILLS

• Thrive in a fast-paced, pressurized and competitive environment
• The ability to apply theoretical scientific principles in the development of novel business solutions
• Well developed decision-making skills
• Identify and apply new trends

ATTITUDE

• A passion for engineering and people
• High energy levels and a positive attitude

Key Output
To maintain (inspect and adjust) and repair equipment proactively as per maintenance targets in order to continually improve department efficiency, to optimize equipment availability and to minimize losses and risk.
