Minimum Requirements

• BSc degree/BTech or similar
• 0-2 years environmental experience
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS Projects and MS PowerPoint
• Good report writing and presentation skills      

Key Responsibility Areas

• Assisting in undertaking Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), including Basic Assessments, and other environmental investigations
• Developing Environmental Management Programmes (EMP) and undertaking Environmental Conservation Officer (ECO) Audits
• Providing input for strategic assessments, policy development and reporting
• Basic interpreting and applying Environmental Legislation
• Development, planning, assisting and facilitating Public Participation Processes (PPP)
• Basic client interaction
• Compiling project proposals and environmental reports
• Provision of ongoing assistance and support to the environmental team
