Key Responsibilities

Manages the successful execution of Large Build and Refurbishment projects in terms of contractual agreement
Performs management reporting
Performs stakeholder management(external and internal)
Manages the resources(people and money) in the Project Management Office
Arranging for required Contract Management skills
Accepting responsibility for all safety requirements for the project.
Chairing/holding regular project progress and review meetings with the client.
Managing project time, cost and quality and ensuring project earned value
