Etlin International (Pty) Ltd is a well-established importer within the wholesale trading industry and needs a Human Capital Generalist. This position will be responsible for the execution of the Human Capital operations plan, capturing of human capital and payroll data, coordinating psychometric assessments, executing talent and performance management, adhere to and implement compliance and risk, execute the employee life cycle through investing in his/her own personal development, living the Etlin values and adhering to all the policies and procedures

Requirements:

5. EDUCATION:
Minimum: Human Resources Degree or Honours Degree
Preferred: Human Resources Master’s Degree and Registered Psychometrist

6. EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: 2 years experience in Human Capital (Resources) Generalist capacity. Computer literate: Microsoft Suite (Intermediate Level).
Preferred: More than 3 years experience in a Human Capital (Resources) Generalist capacity and at least 1 to 2 years in a Manufacturing, Wholesale & Retail Industry. Computer literate: Microsoft Suite (Advanced Level). Experience with SAGE 300 PEOPLE Payroll and HR will be advantageous

7. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Valid Code B drivers license and own transport
· Requires traveling domestically
· Clear criminal record
· Working on weekends and overtime may be required from time to time
· Must be able to work under pressure
