Our client services the networking, conferencing, educational and advertising needs of the demanding property industry.

They pride themselves in their independence and their ability to communicate emerging concepts through a multimedia programme.

This includes regular newsletters, a slick website, annual conferences and bi-monthly National networking events.

They also publish various magazines, reports and directories relevant to their membership.

 

 

With events forming a core focus for them, they are in need of a team leader within this part of their business who is both creative and commercially aware.

This pivotal role directs the actions of 4 events people – two of whom are based off site in their regional offices.

It coordinates various suppliers, contractors and members to create spectacular and memorable events, culminating in an annual conference which is held in exceptionally high regard by the industry.

The success of events is often the yardstick by which the organisation is measured and therefore subscribed to – and so their impact and relevance is of vital importance.

This role would suit someone who has a good understanding of global property trends and decision makers, and the confidence to market advertising, entertainment and programme ideas at the highest level.
