Job Title: IT Field Technician
Location: remote

Duties & Responsibilities:
Install ERP systems for relevant clients
Maintainence of such systems
Trouble shooting and reporting
Maintain customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum requirements:

· Grade 12 / related qualification

· Own transport and valid drivers License

· Must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English

The successful candidate must preferably have experience and knowledge of the following fields:

· Network Skills

· PC Skills

· Setting up networks

· The following SQL knowledge will be to your advantage:

o Data base backups

o Data base restoration

o Running SQL scripts
