An opportunity is available at the Investments and Savings Centre of Excellence for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.  The Executive Assistant to the CEO will gain deep insight into the MMI Group and how the executive leadership of the business operates. S/he will work closely with the CEO and executives in preparing key deliverables.


The successful candidate should have a Chartered Accountant/CFA/MBA qualification. Strong financial analytical and modeling skills would bring a distinct advantage, in addition the candidate should be highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and have excellent communication skills (particularly written) and  organisational abilities.  The candidate should be solutions-oriented with a strong problem solving skill-set and should be able to think strategically.

The successful candidate must present a competent, articulate and professional image and be able to interact with people at senior levels both within the organisation and with external parties. This job will frequently require working to tight deadlines, and will often involve working overtime. S/he must be able to work innovatively in his/her effort to add the maximum value to the role. This person must also be motivated to take on multiple tasks, remain calm under pressure and manage time well. Due to the nature of the work, confidentiality and ethics are of utmost importance.

This position would particularly suit an individual who is ambitious and seeks exposure to high-level strategic decision making and looking for a valuable experience for future career development within the MMI Group.
