Factoring Credit Controller Job 2020

Do you have a solid track record in Debtors management with excellent Client communication skills to join our very well established client based in Cape Town, CBD.

Excellent opportunity to utilise your Credit Control skills with credit vetting, opening of new accounts dealing with Credit Bureaus and Credit Guarantee Insurance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric

Credit Management Courses 1/2/3 – highly advantageous

Minimum 5 years’ full function credit control experience

Chain Stores experience highly advantageous

Good collection skills, mainly telephonically (and by written correspondence)

Excellent command of the English language and Afrikaans language an added advantage

Clear credit record

Ability to communicate on all levels with clients and management

Able to managea portfolio of clients consisting of 600 debtors

DUTIES:

Opening ofnew accounts

Reconciliation of accounts

Invoice discounting (factoring)

Assessing of credit limits

Credit vetting using credit bureaus

Dealing with client professionally telephonically

Managing credit Guarantee insurance

Setting of credit limits

Management of daily email correspondence

Reaching collection targets deadlines

Manage a portfolio of 600 debtors
