Job Title: Education Specialist (PL2): Civil (Nated/Occupational)
Location: Westlake, Western Cape, South Africa

Salary: R 328,953.00 – 818,508.00 Annually

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assist Programme Manager with planning, training, assessments, moderations & evaluations
•Oversee all aspects with regards to Education & Training
•Establish relationships with relevant stakeholders and industry players
•Teach in the NATED and/or Occupational Programme
•Provide Academic Support
•Administer & other duties related to teaching load
•Involvement in broader campus activities
•Design, administer and mark assessments
•Remain updated regarding legislation and policy
•Display leadership, independent worker, creativity, self-motivation and good communication skills
Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
•Relevant N3 Qualification or equivalent
•A recognised teaching qualification, which allows for teaching at TVET level
•Three years relevant teaching experience
•Three years post trade test industry experience
•Relevant Trade test
•Computer literate
•Valid driver’s licence

RECOMMENDATIONS:
•Relevant National Diploma
•Assessor and Moderator qualification
•Management experience within TVET sector
