Salary: R 261,372.00 – 307,890.00 Annually

Job Summary:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide Coaching and Mentoring to SMME’s
•Encourage SMME’s to include Innovation within their Businesses
•Collect data and audit key business performance areas and key performance indicators
•Work with SMME’s to identify and evaluate the new market and new target clients
•Facilitate training and capacity development
•Initiate and complete proposals and presentations for new business opportunities
•Compile reports

Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
•Diploma/Degree in a Business-related field
•3 years’ experience in Coaching
•Competent in MS Office
•Knowledge of the TVET sector and relevant legislation
•Valid driver’s license
•In depth knowledge and understanding of SMME and Incubation Industry

RECOMMENDATIONS:
•Have started own business
