Why join FICO?

At FICO, you can launch your career within one of the fastest-growing fields in technology today – Predictive Analytics. Most of the world’s top banks, as well as leading insurers, retailers, healthcare businesses and government agencies rely on FICO solutions to accelerate growth, control risk, boost profits, and meet regulatory and competitive demands.

Our ability to drive smarter decisions is driving some of the world’s leading companies to a new level of analytics-fuelled success. Our long history of success and innovation is founded on hiring and developing really talented and dedicated people – just like you.

Who is FICO?

You may not have heard of us, but the odds are that you touch our technology when you use a bank or credit card, apply for a loan or make an insurance claim. Founded in 1956, and one of the primary creators of credit scoring, FICO delivers superior Predictive Analytics that drive smarter decisions.

Our groundbreaking use of mathematics to predict consumer behavior has transformed entire industries and revolutionised the way risk is managed and products are marketed. FICO’s innovative solutions include the FICO Score – the standard measure of consumer credit risk in the United States – along with industry-leading solutions for managing credit accounts, identifying and minimizing the impact of fraud, and customising consumer offers with pinpoint accuracy.

Our world-class IT and communications infrastructure mean that, whilst our people are spread around the world, no-one is further away than the office next door. You will have a world of expertise at your fingertips or just a call away, but we rely on every individual to do what is needed to make things happen. That means that, above all else, ownership of results is the key to success at FICO. And together, we’ll keep on developing and keep on changing the way the world does business.

FICO’s Graduate Programme

Our structured Graduate Programme lasts for two years and during this time you will be assigned to many of the different business areas that make up our Professional Services group, who implement our game-changing Decision Management solutions with clients. You’ll get a lot of variety too – across different solutions, industries, countries and in both technical and business orientated teams, rotating roughly every 6 months. You’ll find this programme challenging as well as stimulating – but the extensive training and support you’ll get will equip you with a great understanding of our business as well as an in depth knowledge of our clients – and how you can add value.

Throughout the programme you will have the opportunity to contribute to live projects with some of the world’s leading banks as part of a team of experts. We’ll encourage you to take on as much responsibility as you can handle, and you’ll have the support of a highly experienced mentor to ensure you manifest your full potential and get your career off to a flying start. Once you’ve completed the initial two year programme you’ll be prepared for a lasting and rewarding career in IT Consulting with the world’s leader in Decision Management technology.
