SALARY : R123 738 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Westrand District Health Region A

REQUIREMENTS : Diploma and grade 12 or equivalent qualifications with 1 year experience in
Finance Government will be an added advantage. Computer Literacy and good
communication skills. Knowledge of BAS, SAP, MEDSAS, BAUD, DORA, PFMA
and Treasury regulation. Good writing skills and interpersonal relations.

DUTIES : Budget Management and account payable, compile Journals, Compile Reports
and attend finance meetings, work with Petty Cash, reports and deposit slips. Do
reconciliations between BAS/SAP-BAS/BAUD-BAS PERSAL and any other
Reconciliation within the section. Compile supplier payments and keep
Spreadsheet. Compile Claim forms for NGO’s. Compile and clear Suspense
account, compile monthly reporting and handle queries. Do filling and
safekeeping of documents.
