SALARY : R183 438 – R216 084 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Ekurhuleni Health District

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 Certificate, Bachelor degree or National Diploma in Accounting/ Financial
management or related field will serve as an added advantage. Three (03) to four (04)
years appropriate experience in financial management within the public sector.
Computer literacy. Sound knowledge of relevant Acts (PFMA, Treasury regulation and
DORA) and transversal systems (BAS and SAP). Ability to work under pressure.
Communication and presentation skills. Ability to work without constant supervision and
take instructions from supervisor.

DUTIES : Effective and efficient management of transfer payments (NPO) and CCWs. Respond to
NPOs and CCWs payment queries. Monthly reconciliation of CCWs and NPOs
payments. Review NPOs financial reports and compile compliance reports. Analysis of
AFS, mentor and monitor NPOs on financial reporting. Guard against over/under
expenditure for both NPOs and CCWs. Correct wrong allocations. Give the correct
SCOA allocation code for the program. Compile monthly HAST reports and submit to
Head Office. Attend Provincial HAST quarterly reviews.
