SALARY : R 123 738 per annum (plus benefit)
CENTRE : Odi District Hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Diploma in Accounting or Finance Management or Cost Management or Internal
Auditing with 1-2 years experience. Grade 12 with 5 years experience in Finance.
Experience in Government Finance will be an added advantage. Must have
knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, DoRA and be computer literate.
Good communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge of Transversal
systems, BAS, SAP and SRM. Must have experience in budget expenditure
control, cash flow, IYM (In Year Monitoring). A valid drivers license.


DUTIES : Compile and capture journals, Reconciliation of NHLS invoices, capturing ,
processing and allocating invoices through E-invoicing (SAP), Attending to
suppliers queries with GDF, checking of RLSO1, submission of report to Head
Office on monthly basis, filing and safekeeping of documents, Compile petty cash
and do replenishment, reconcile suppliers statements monthly. Reconciliation of
standalone system e.g. Persal/ Bas,Sap/ Bas, Medsas/Bas, and any other duties
delegated by the supervisor.
