NQF6 qualification. Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury regulations conduct expenditure analysis and budget reviews. Communication report writing co-ordination and decision making skills.
Provide Pre audit service to the department including the pre auditing or orders to the District suppliers and substance and travel claims.
Request BAS reports do filling of commitments and ensure all commitments forms are attached with invoice, payment and salary documents.
Issue pre audit certificates for complied documents. Keeping and issuing of all face value documents, ensure invoice amount
tallies with certificate, monitoring of budget availability.
Assisting in analysis of effectiveness departmental committees and keeping commitment register for the Department.
