The WIFI Division has a requirement for a Financial Control ler, Cape Town which can manage the financial transactions, business processes and financial reporting. The Financial Controller will also take overall responsibility the team’s outputs in delivering the Financial Team’s Performance Objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Month end financial accounting procedures, including:
– Authorising journals
– Reviewing of Balance sheet reconciliations
– Financial Statement Analysis
• Liaising on accounts/billing issues and supporting the Management Accountant / Financial Manager
• Control of Revenue, Cost of Sales and General Expenses and Capex
• Budget/Forecast preparation and control
• Month-end reporting (financial, statistical)
• Leading a team of specialists in terms of driving and Managing their performance outputs

• Attention to detail
• Computer literate – Excel (IBS and Oracle would be an advantage)
• Ability to manage large volumes of transactions and data
Qualifications and experience required
• ORACLE and IBS knowledge advantageous.
• BCOM. Financial diploma or degree.
• Three years relevant financial admin and Budget/Forecast preparation experience
• Two years staff management experience
• Proven work experience in dealing with a subscriber-type business
