The Financial Manager’s primary responsibilities will be to:

• Drive profitability in the business through strategic pricing and efficient structuring

• Take a lead in the management team in trouble shooting problems and implementing solutions

• Report on financial results and variances to budget

• Prepare budgets and forecasts

• Manage and motivate the finance team

• Implement & maintain an effective management control system

• Manage credit risk and working capital

• Ensure integrity of all postings to GL accounts and follow up as required
