We are looking for a Project Administrator to become part of our team. Responsible for administrative support across a wide range of areas including:

  • Administer projects ensuring that the project management teams are up-to-date
  • Monitor all projects and liaise with project manager so as to ensure that key milestones and deadlines are achieved
  • Produce reports on the status of projects
  • Support across all project administration activities
  • Undertake accounts/financial tasks including: processing purchase orders, raising sales invoices, general book-keeping
  • Producing financial information and reports
  • Petty cash management
  • General office administration activities in support of te smooth running and operation of the office


Candidate Requirements
  • Microsoft Office software experience (essential)
  • Sage Accpac software experience (essential)
  • Service Manager software experience (essential)
  • Project Management software experience (desirable)
  • Recent experience of administering and monitoring projects (essential)
  • Recent experience in project accounts and financial tasks
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectivly
  • A real desire to provide great service to colleagues and clients
  • A methodical approach to work
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • The Project Administrator is required to work without supervision or assistance.
