Job Summary:
To help maintain the efficient operation of a plant

Meet specified operational requirements

Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

Ensure that tools are kept in a safe working condition

Report and rectify process deficiencies in the production area

Liaise with the Shift Foreman and Site Manager

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12 or N3
Certificate in Basic Mineral Processing or Coal Preparation (Added advantage)

EXPERIENCE:
At least 1-2 years’ experience as a Wash Plant Operator
Basic knowledge of the wash plant which includes flotation, crushing, thickening and screening

SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES:
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Physically fit to do the work.
Emotional intelligence
Listening skills
Visibility on site

GENERAL REQUIREMENT:
Fitness certification
Local community
Vaccinated for covid-19
