The incumbent of this role will be responsible for providing the necessary administrative support for Product Development and New Initiatives function within Fundi. The Product Administrator is largely responsible for supporting the Head of Product and Product Development Specialist/s in ensuring fulfilling their functions in line with Fundi’s Product Development strategy. This role is responsible for assisting the teams in sourcing the right data and information as they develop new products and review existing ones.

Job Summary:
•Working with product team to manage and update the resource planning, and to ensure the product data and information is current and accurate.
•Set up all new product ranges in the system to support the New Product Introduction process in line with the Project timelines.
•Support the Head of Product with monthly product reports.
•React promptly to all system updates & maintenance requests from the team.
•Ensure all data received is accurate and consistent in its format.
•Complete all work necessary to support the team to increases its productivity.
•To support the team ensure a thorough and up to date knowledge products
•Support through understanding of competitive landscape for all existing and/or new products
•Support the product team in conducting high level desktop product research as and when required
•Support the product team in conducting market demand analysis for new and/or current products
•Present results on diverse research assignments allocated by product team
•Support the product team in compiling product research results for internal stakeholders
•Assist product team in securing appointments with external stakeholders
•Assist product team in managing quarterly product calendar
•Assist product team in compiling monthly reports for internal reports (e.g EXCO)
•Assist product team in compiling product business cases and plans
•Assist the team in developing robust commercial and revenue models for new and/or existing products.
•Review and understand internal customer needs and engage with key business partners to build profitable relationships for the product team
•Support product team in providing excellent customer service to all internal stakeholders
•Providing all administrative support to enable the product team to meet all its SLAs with internal departments

Requirements:
University graduate, with a Marketing and/or Business Management degree. Must have at least spend a year as an intern in a commercial environment such as marketing, sales, strategy, product development, etc.
