My Client, an established Manufacturer and Supplier of Paper and more to the SA industry as a whole are looking for a mid level HR Practitioner to join their team.

The Head Office is based in the City of Cape Town with offices in all the main cities and regions in South Africa.

• Project Management: 2 to 3 years
• Recruiting: 2 to 3 years

 

Candidate Requirements

Primary Duties:

• Recruit, train and maintain new employees and source new talent
• Manage new projects, projects and initiatives, implementing plans designed by senior management and delegating tasks to early level staff members.
• Monitor weekly, monthly and Annual appraisals of all staff.
• Competent IT skills, a calm demeanor working in a similar role for at least 3/4 years will be an added advantage.
