A dedicated and cat-loving Customer Service Representative is needed to support cat parents across the UK in providing the best nutrition for their pets.

This role involves engaging with cat parents through phone, email, live chat, and social media, assisting with everything from selecting the right food plan to resolving delivery queries.

It is more than just answering questions. It is about offering tailored solutions, making life easier for customers, and ensuring every cat and their owner receive the best possible experience. The role also includes gathering feedback and working with the wider team to improve services.
