Job Summary:
Responsible for booking outstanding lessons for pros on a daily basis. Answering queryqs and responding to all customers timeously.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
1.Booking lessons
•Call all lessons before expiry date and book at a suitable time for the customer and coach
2.Scheduling master classes and coordinating groups
•Booking all masterclasses a month in advance
•Coordinating groups when needed
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written Communication & Negotiation skills
Computer literacy – Microsoft Office at Intermediate level
Ability to plan and organize workload to consistently achieve deadlines
