MATERIAL RECORDING CLERK 2 POSTS REF NO: 05255

Directorate: Procurement Department
SALARY : R183 438 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Mamelodi Hospital

 

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with 5 years experience in the field of Supply
Chain Management.

 

SKILLS: Computer literacy and good communication skills
required. Knowledge of preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, Asset
Management Framework Act, PFMA, Treasury regulations and Supply Chain
Management policies, prescripts, Procurement Delegation Circular 34 of 2006
and PAS manual. SRM and SAP system. Ability to work under pressure and
meet deadline.

 

DUTIES : Perform administrative duties with regard to supply chain services including
completion of SAP Related forms. Capture data on the SAP/SRM system.
Receiving and issuing of stock and equipment. Asset management Demand and
Logistic management.
