SALARY : R183 438 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Mamelodi Hospital
REQUIREMENTS : Relevant Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification with 3 years relevant
experience in Administration or Grade 12 certificate with 5 years practical
experience in Administration. Knowledge of PMDS policy, Knowledge of relevant
prescripts and legislation. Excellent administrative skills, Be prepared to work
under pressure and shifts. Be computer literate, .have thorough Medicom
knowledge necessary to manage and supervise co-workers. Ability to work
under pressure. Good interpersonal and people management skills.
DUTIES : Effective and efficient implementation of Patient Administration duties.
Implement PMDS system in all sub-units and management of leave, overtime
and allowances. Improve control mechanism of patient medical records and
mortuary services. Compile monthly reports. Ensure the correctness of patient’s
registrations. Control downtime files and their registers. Improve revenue
collection system. Ensure that registration register are updated and kept safe.
Lead a team to solve workplace challenges and conflicts. Perform any other
duties assigned by Supervisor.
