Role Summary/Purpose

Manage sales and servicing personnel for Speciality Water Treatment in a Geographical Area

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsibility of geographic Area/Territory customer satisfaction
  • P&L for the Area/Territory management is high on priorities
  • Successful Management of + delegation of all aspects of GE Sales and Account Management items – to personnel
  • Personnel performance management and responsibilities are key aspects in Area Manager metrics
  • Development of sales personnel to deliver on growth expectations
  • Build Business Base into a distinct Territory

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous experience in management of staff in a Sales Environment is essential
  • Tertiary qualification in Chemical or Chemical Engineering (University degree in BSc or ChemEng or College equivalent) preferred
  • Previous experience in water treatment management is preferred. Year on Year top performer in EMS, strong contributor or excellent status as minimum. (Applies to Internal Candidates only)
