An opportunity exists for an experienced and self motivated office administrator to join this leading commercial construction company based in the Southern Suburbs. Due to internal movement a office administrations clerk is now required to support the office manager. Your main duties will include, managing all incoming communications and information in an efficient and timely manner, meeting and greeting clients and assisting in the day to day running of the office, filling of important documents and other general office admin tasks such as reception relief, typing letters, and data entry.Monday to Friday. Salary R 5,500 (Neg) + Benefits
Completed Grade 12
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to manage competing demands on a daily basis
Excellent time management skills will see you succeed in this position
