Job Title: Outbound Sales Consultant
Location: Durban

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities
To provide communications solutions by marketing and matching products and services to customer needs thereby generating revenue and improving customer satisfaction.

The role requires enthusiastic tele sales representative to contribute in generating sales for our company by adhering to KPI’s and policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and must have experience and a solid track record of overcoming objections and closing sales.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Proven track record within the sales environment

Strong numeracy skills

Good telephone etiquette and objection handling ability

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets

Computer literacy skills

Excellent command of the English language

Excellent communication skills

Cool tempered and able to handle rejection

Outstanding negotiation and problem solving

Matric/ grade 12 certificate

Minimum 24 months uninterrupted services

Clear credit and criminal record
