Glenrand M·I·B is committed and focuses on transforming the insurance sector by ensuring an adequate supply of entry level people in scarce and critical positions within the organisation. As part of developing a talent pool, Glenrand M·I·B is offering the following workplace programme:

Learnership Programme, which is a 12-month SETA accredited programme that results in the completion of a Level 4: Short Term Insurance qualification. The programme is open to all successful matric graduates with Mathematics and English. We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), have good interpersonal skills, be able to build good relationships and who are enthusiastic with a desire to achieve results.

Graduate Development Programme for all aspiring Insurance Brokers, Risk Managers or Insurance Practitioners with a BCom (Risk and Insurance) qualification. This work based programme extends to a year and offers exposure in all facets of Insurance. The Graduate Development Programme will ensure that the relevant graduates acquire the relevant knowledge and skills within the field of short term insurance; thus building a talent pool which could be integrated into the core business of Glenrand M·I·B.
