The Rhovan Plant is one of the world’s most prominent producers of Ferrovanadium with the Xstrata Alloys Group. Our operation is situated in the North West province at Bethanie.

Candidate Skills:

Do you have a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree; with MS Office. Do you have a keen interest in the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering; will you be able to work independently, and in a team environment? Can you be creative; initiative; entrepreneurial; drivability; tenacity; resilience to reach your goals. Can you take responsibilities? Do you have analytical and objective, factual reasoning (problem solving skills); excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have leadership skills?
