Coronation Fund Manager has a vacancy for a Retail Client Services Consultant to provide excellent call centre support service to thie clients with their investment related queries, both telephonically, written and face to face. This role also requires one to follow up on potential clients and leads.
Relevant tertiary financial qualification – e.g Bcom with Investments major, BBusSci, FAPM etc
No work experience necessary
MS Office systems knowledge

Must be a detailed individual with a thorough understanding of financial instruments, supported by the relevant qualifications
Must be a ‘student of the market’ as well as have an understanding of products

Must have initiative and the ability to act pro-actively.
Must be a self starter.
Should have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
