JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Learn how to do Traded Goods Material Forecasting & Replenishment
• Learn how to do Raw Materials/Finished Goods planning & Replenishment
• Learn how to do Order Processing & Administration
• Learn how to do Cost Saving & Price Trend Forecasting
• Learn how to manage the suppliers (Supplier Management)
• Learn how to write Purchasing reports
• Gain full understanding of the Import functionality
•    Learn how to do Contract administration

EDUCATION

• Grade 12
• Bachelor Degree or National Diploma in Business Administration in Purchasing/Strategic Sourcing or equivalent
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook & Internet
• Good command of the English language, both written & spoken
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good planner and executor
