To strongly support Marcom Managers and Marcom Specialist in generating key segment communication assets as well as channel promotion assets to achieve overall success of campaigns and non-campaigns in support of the business.
To ensure a thorough understanding of the Global Branding and Creative policies within Schneider Electric
To fully understand the Global Marketing processes. To ensure SEMEDIA, GMARS process is followed with all campaign and media related creative assets
To implement these design policies in conjunction with an understanding of the business requirements to ensure the delivery of a clear, concise message to market.
To ensure that creative work is prioritised and completed timeously according to job card specifications as submitted by Marcom Managers or Marcom Specialist.
Scope of work : Direct Marketing, E/Marketing, Media, Brochures, price lists, distributor promotions, logos, signage, web
To ensure first draft output to the requester is of high quality and of minimal error, with particular attention to fine details : font, alignment, spelling, context
To prepare and arrange the upload of localised documents to the Schneider intranet or extranet according to Marcom Manager and Marcom Specialist’s requirements for direct marketing or other uses.
Continuously strive to improve on Creativity and be involved with results analysis to ensure creative tactics are adapted and corrected to drive better response.
To prepare and submit a monthly report on jobs completed to the Marcom Director.
To ensure that all standard operating procedures are adhered to.
To ensure professional standards are maintained in all business situations.
Build relationships with regional marketing managers to get greater visibility into their brand executions.
Share innovative executions with other regions.
Facilitate Creative Review Forums with various stakeholders to ensure creative work that is produced is aligned to the brand guidelines.
Look at brand architecture and identify opportunities for better alignment
Work with Marcoms Director to manage the rebranding of new acquisitions
Manage Dimension Data’s endorsement of acquisitions that cannot be rebranded
Work with the marcoms managers and vendors to ensure their executions align with brand standards when using the Schneider Electric brand
Manage digital assets like invitations, RSVP forms, and internal communities
Manage the digital marketing strategy and evolve the company into using the online and social media initiatives – twitter, face book, you tube, LinkedIn, etc
Work with the marcoms managers to assist them in using more cost effective online marketing campaigns.
Manage the content posting process on the company website working with the web execution team.
Develops integrated social media marketing communication programs to support, campaigning and other strategic or operational initiatives
To keep up to date with developments with respect to the management system, as well as apply the policies and procedures relevant to the position.
To communicate improvement possibilities with respect to the management system to the relevant process owner or directly to quality & customer satisfaction and participate in improvement initiatives.

Limits of Authority: As per parameters set in the management system.
Relevant qualification in Graphic Design at NQF level 4/5.
1-3 years experience in Graphic Design.
In – Design or other Graphic Design Software.
Computer Literacy (MS Office).
Valid driver’s license.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
