Group Five Vacancies: Plant Manager

Group Five Plant & Equipment is looking for a Plant Manager to look after Civil and Earthworks plant for South Africa and Across Boarder

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:

 

Ability

• manage workshop cost and efficiencies
• compile plant management reports
• conduct inspections on workshops and plant and timeously rectify deviations
• manage and control all workshop and plant related documents
• build and maintain excellent customer and supplier relations
• train, develop and mentor workshop staff
• manage plant repair and maintenance cost

 

Experience

• 10 years experience as a qualified artisan
• at least 5 years experience in a management role
• working in a civil construction environment
• CAT, Komatsu, Hyundai, Wirtgen equipment

 

Knowledge

• ISO standards and requirements
• must be fully computer literate (MS Office)
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
