GSK Recruits Finance Analyst: Global Modular Consensus Forecasting (ModCF)

Job Purpose:
To support the Finance Change Lead in the delivery of the Modular Consensus Forecasting solution and associated ways of working.

 

Key Responsibilities

•Will be responsible for the execution of the data reconciliation process with all Local Operating Companies (LOCs)

•Will ensure the quality of data and uniformity of processes in JDE

•Will be involved in the setup of data fields and forecast groups, and the mapping of new accounts and document types to the target SAP equivalents.

•Will assist in the creation of item numbers for new brands and setup of budget exchange rates

•Will be responsible for streamlining the LOC data reconciliation activity and minimizing the workload on local finance resources.

•Work with the markets to ensure appropriate documentation of localisation requirements

•Provide ongoing support through the project Go Live readiness, cutover and stabilisation

•Ensure that there are SOPs/knowledge documents to support the systems and processes

•Live the GSK values of integrity, transparency, customer first and respect.

 

Qualifications, Experience

Completed B.Com

FMCG experience preferential

Advanced Microsoft Excel
