Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent (N3).
IT Tertiary qualification.
Technical experience in Microsoft Office, Windows XP and Windows 7 and other peripherals
ITIL Foundation
Experience in Remedy will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Must be able to adapt to change
Must be able to work well in a team
Must be able to work under pressure and independently
Duties
Incident and call logging management
User support
Trouble shooting
Liaise with external vendors and business
Perform on-site and remote technical support
Change management and SOX compliance
Ensure compliance to ITGC processes
and procedures
