HISP – Health Information Systems Program South Africa develops and implements sustainable and integrated Health Information Systems that empower communities, healthcare workers and decision makers to improve the coverage, quality and efficiency of health services.

Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Pretoria, South Africa
Duration: Two years’ contract fixed term contact
Salary: Post grade D1 / D2 with R 560 737 to R 988 183 per annum depending on job requirement compliance

Responsibilities:

• Health information systems management with specific reference to hospital ICT infrastructure- and technical support services
• Data quality improvement
• Health systems strengthening

Requirements:

• A relevant graduate degree or equivalent in health or ICT as well as a project management
• qualification
• Computer hardware- and software skills
• Knowledge of health information systems (SA health care environment) with
• capacity to analyse, interpret and present health information related data
• Knowledge/experience in working with hospital data- and information systems
