Vacancy Details

A well established Property Management company based in the Helderberg has a position available for a Portfolio Manager with solid experience as a Property Portfolio Manager to commence duties asap.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• General Office Administration
• Managing the full property portfolio
• Dealing with Body Corporates and Home Owners Associations
• Liaising with Brokers and Insurers
• Responsible for taking minutes at meetings
• Attending the Trustee Meetings and provide recommendations
• Assisting with Accounting and Financial duties
• Conducting general repairs and maintenance inspections on a quarterly basis and provide survey reports
• Advising Trustees with Sectional Title Acts, CSOS Acts and Constitution laws

Requirements:

• 5 years industry and/or positional experience
• Ability to work independently and manage clients
• Experience and knowledge of dealing with CSOS, Attorneys, Advocates
• Knowledge of STSMA, CSOSA and relevant acts and procedures
• Knowledge of HOA, Body Corporate and Community scheme rules and regulation
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle
• Fully bilingual
• Good communication skills (Written and verbal)
