Vacancy Details

My client, an established concern providing services to the building industry, is seeking to employ a Junior Administrator to join their team.

 

Tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting the current office administrator and office staff
  • General administrative tasks
  • Preparing council applications and submitting them to council.
  • Requesting documents and assisting clients with council documents to complete their applications.
  • Switchboard duties
  • Ad hoc tasks

Requirements Include:

  • Very organised and presentable
  • Responsible and reliable
  • MS Office
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Own transport with valid drivers license
