Vacancy Details

My client, an established concern within the agricultural industry is seeking to employ a Trade Operations Assistant to be responsible for handling and processing purchases, sales and freight commodities in Paarl.
Trade operations (Paarl based), this is a junior role and can learn on the job. Main requirements are a willingness to learn and work hard, high energy, integrity.

Co-ordinating and preparation of documents and control thereof for exports:

• Bills of Loading.
• Certificates of Analysis and Weights.
• Certificates of Origin including EUR1.
• Other as needed per contract.

Co-ordinating and correspondence with suppliers and service providers:

• Logistics control/co-ordination of deliveries into and out of warehouses/mines and port.
• Sampling control/co-ordination of product and turnaround times.
• Stock control per contract.

• Site Visits/Travel as needed.
• Bank and Document collection and submission as needed.
