My client specializes in the hospitality industry and provide software (such as reservation system, on-line bookings, POS, and stock system etc.) to clients all over South Africa and 7 international countries. They would like to employ a support consultant who will be working in the support office in Somerset West with a team of 10 other support consultants. The successful candidate must be people oriented and well organized with the ability to listen and assist customers.

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Role
Provide first line telephone and email support.
Investigate, analyse, and record customer issues.
Escalate support requests you cannot resolve to the appropriate internal consultant or manager.
Travel to clients (local and international) to do onsite training and installations.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud configuration, software, HTML, and hardware installation
Microsoft SQL knowledge
Good telephone & email etiquette.
Willingness to learn & a positive attitude
Work experience within the hospitality Industry will be advantageous.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
Able to present ideas and concepts to an audience
Must be vaccinated and have a passport for traveling purposes.
