PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To provide a communication and support function to the field in respect of cellular related products.
KEY OUTPUTS:
• Handling of queries from stores regarding cellular products and services
• Timeous and accurate logging of queries and/or complaints
• Provide assistance to stores with regards to downloading of files, recharge vouchers; ITC blacklisting, etc.
• Timeous clarification of store orders on database
• Administer and maintain RICA user ID’s for field personnel
• Liaising with respective service providers regarding repairs and OBF’s
• Handling of all customer care queries and or complaints
• Provide ad hoc cellular training to field personnel
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12
• 2 – 3 Years’ experience in a helpdesk /call centre environment
• Cellular experience will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends occasionally
• Competencies include: Building and maintaining relationships, detail orientation, problem-solving skills, stress tolerance as well as confidence and decisiveness
• A passionate, service orientated team player
