Applications are invited for the Social Media Coordinator position to be based in the Western Region.

The Social Media Coordinator engages with customers on social media and assist with Event Management, primarily in the Western Cape
Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
• Online Community Management, including distributing and / or responding to customer queries on Facebook, Twitter, Hello Peter, Google Reviews, and similar platforms within 2-3 hours.
• Publishing of local content across all social media channels.
• Setting up and running weekly or monthly customer engagement reports for Management.
• Assisting the Regional Marketing Coordinator with activations, events, and local sponsorships between Tuesdays – Saturdays.
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills: –
• 1 – 2 years online community management experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to work quickly and under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills.
• Self-motivated individual that can work alone or as part of a team with limited supervision.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field would be beneficial
