My client is urgently looking for a Call Centre Agent who will report to the Call Centre Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Log call for the clients, utilizing marvel pursuit application via the telephone or email Cordinate high priority Logs Management of new user process by means of fax and email facilities SLA Management Strict adherence to policies, procedures and general requirements of all call centre Process Management

Advantageous: Retail operations (advantage) 2 years inbound and outbound Call Centre experience Marvel Application advantage
Computer Packages: Computer Literate Basic understanding of Hardware, Software and General networking MUST be proficient in MS Office XP / 2003
