Context:

• Hollard Group and Group Finance
• HIP Team
• HIP partners
• External 3rd Parties (i.e. Banks, External Auditors)

Ouputs:

• Consolidation of partner Cash stats for monthly management reporting
• Monthly business analysis of allocated partner portfolio
• Accurate production and reporting of HIP Partner results for assigned partners
• Liaise with Account Principals on assigned partner portfolio
• Liaise and co-operate with Central Finance and internal and external auditors
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of month-end results.
• Assist with the monthly loading of insurance data onto Accountability
• Accurate production and capture of assigned cashbook portfolio
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations per assigned partner portfolio.
• Special ad hoc projects
• Assist with the annual budget process

Competencies:

• Qualifications / Work Experience:
• B.Comm – Minimum Accounts III
• Minimum 18 months experience in a finance environment

Knowledge:

• PC knowledge  (MS office)
• Strong excel skills
• Knowledge of accounting package – Accountability/Similar package
• Knowledge of the budget process and experience in compiling budgets
• In depth knowledge of financial accounting
• Good business acumen
