To provide strategic Human Resource Service to Exiliti and manage the HR Function for the Employee Life Cycle. Assume responsibility for all HR processes; recruitment and selection, talent management, learning and development; employee relations, career management etc.


  • Strategy and Organisation Development
  • Development of holistic strategy for Exiliti
  • Organisation redesign and reengineering
  • Change management, framework monitoring, implementation and measurement
  • Implementation, monitoring and measurement of employee life cycle process management (Talent management)
  • Implement a reward and recognition strategy for Exiliti
  • Measure HR impact in Exiliti
  • Implement agreed transformational policies and practices
  • Organisation Transformation
  • Align EE and BEE Plan to the requirements of DOL, FSC & DTI codes
  • Target setting for BEE in line with FSC, DOL & DTI codes
  • Compiling workplace EE plans and reporting to Group HR
  • Measure adherence and delivery in accordance with agreed Transformation strategy, EE skills developments targets
  • Learning and Development
  • Implement an integrated learning and development strategy for Exiliti
  • Align generic business needs to generic L&D products
  • Measure and report on the overall L&D activities of Exiliti
  • Measure ROI (return on investment) for L& D
  • HR Transaction
  • Ensure integrity of HR information systems
  • Manage transactional policies and procedures
  • Payroll process administration
  • HR benefit administration



Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Work Experience

5 plus years working experience in the HR discipline at a senior leadership level


  • Strength in change management and transformation will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of HR Strategy and Transaction Functions essential
  • The incumbent should have a business unit Exco working experience in a sizeable organization
  • Key competencies in strategic thinking and proven record in successful implementation
  • Understanding and application of all relevant Labour legislation – LRA, BCEA, SDA, EEA
