Key Performance Areas
Verification and confirmation of customer profiles
Review & evaluate customer applications
Verify and update all customer details on the system
Review & assess customers affordability & credit worthiness
Offer debit order option with every customer’s call
Maintain customer services
Ensure a polite, friendly, and professional confirmation service is offered to all customers and external stakeholders
Improve overall customer experience and service delivery statistics
Quality control
Ensure the accurate capturing of customer account details onto the system
Follow company processes accurately to ensure quality of service delivery
Administration and reporting
Ensure the accurate completion of time sheets on a daily basis
Ensure all verification documents are completed and approved within the required timeframes
Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports as per business requirements
Provide relief services
Provide relief work in other operational departments in order to meet business requirements and customer needs – when required
Requirements:
Qualifications & Accreditations
Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
Experience & Skills
1 Year experience in office administration and/or a data capturing, preferably in a contact centre environment
Clear understanding of an operational contact centre environment
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
