Key Performance Areas

Continuously develop and improve forecasting tools and approaches
Compile and distribute a list forecast on data to senior management with recommendations
Accurately interpret all data, identify and communicate trends from the database and translate these into business strategies
Responsible for the continuous analysis of the customer retention, acquisition and reactivation strategies
Complete the interpretation of monthly reports as requested by the business
Produce and communicate monthly neglected segment selections and review and report back on their performance
Develop, maintain and communicate the Nixie, overall connectivity, tele connectivity as well as the trend reporting (datapack)
Investigate, improve and implement contactability strategies

Requirements:

Qualifications & Accreditations

A relevant degree with majors in mathematical or statistical subjects
A SQL/ Excel qualification would be advantageous
Experience & Skills

Advanced computer literacy skills with a high proficiency in MS Excel
The ability to integrate and interpret numerical and statistical information
Proven analytical skills

Strong planning, organizing and coordinating skills
